The Retreat had a very homely feel which made relaxing & unwinding very easy to do. Quiet & private with fantastic views, gorgeous big trees. Certainly a special place. The spa is a great spot to watch the sunset & the outdoors baths were a wonderful experience.
The retreat was an amazing place to stay and had everything you needed. Loved the outdoor baths and spa, but the best bit was the privacy. Loved the wine tasting (amazing wines!) and can’t wait to come back again to share this gem with family and friends.
A beautiful place to stay and a credit to the owners. We could not fault it. Arrived to a fully stocked fridge (for breakfast) and a hot spa to hop into immediately. Within an easy drive to lovely towns, but with such a beautiful property, there was not much incentive to go out.

The perfect combination of location and style, our Brockenchack Luxury Retreat B&B has been tastefully refurbished with a spacious, luxurious and airy aesthetic.
Nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley ranges, we’ve created an ambiance perfect for couples, families, or small groups, looking for tranquil, boutique accommodation. A refuge for you to relax and unwind in, perhaps in the outdoor bubble baths or outdoor spa, at this ultimate country escape.
Sleeping a maximum of six adults and two children, this house offers three spacious bedrooms, with an ensuite off the master and a main bathroom servicing the second and third bedrooms. The full kitchen is complimented by the open plan living and dining areas, delivering expansive views across the valley and making the most of countryside living.

Our B&B guests are treated to a special private wine tasting at our cellar door.
Explore our bookable extras including e-bike hire, grazing platter, bottle of bubbles, in house massages, private yoga or meditation session, or a vineyard buggy tour.

We have a minimum two night stay, all year round.
Three Bedrooms (6 people): $1,135 per night
Two Bedrooms (4 people): $935 per night
One Bedroom (2 people): $735 per night
Two child-sized rollaway beds are also available at an extra $55 per night

Please note that our beds cannot be split into twins, however two additional single roll away beds are available for children at $55 per bed, per night.
No deposit is required at the time of the booking. Full payment will be charged approximately one week prior to your check in date.

Three Large Bedrooms
Each of the three bedrooms are luxuriously equipped, thoughtfully furnished and built for relaxation. All rooms are expansive and well-appointed with luxurious beds, large wardrobes and a reading chair.
The master bedroom boasts a king bed and exclusive access to a private ensuite and walk in wardrobe, with large windows to ensure you enjoy the picturesque views from the comfort of your bed.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and stunning views of the Eden Valley ranges, while bedroom three has a queen bed and is beautifully sunlit, overlooking the courtyard.
Ensuite + Main Bathroom
The master’s private ensuite and the main bathroom are both modern and offer a generously sized shower, toilet and hand basin.
You will also find fluffy towels, a hair dryer, and luxury Modere shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion products are provided for use during your stay.
Gourmet Kitchen
The modern kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, providing an expansive island bench, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all your entertaining staples to ensure a stress-free stay.
The island bench also features five leather breakfast bar chairs for extra seating options.
Open Plan Living + Dining
Our large open plan living and dining areas feel spacious, luxurious and airy, with windows spanning the entire front of the house to capture the best of the views across the valley. Ducted air conditioning and heating throughout the entire B&B, as well as a cosy fireplace in the living area ensure a comfortable stay all year round. With an 8-seater dining table, reading chairs, leather couches and widescreen TV, there is a space for everyone to spread out and relax.
Connect your own streaming services into our smart TV or UE boom speakers over the free wifi, for all your movie or music needs during your stay.
Outdoor Baths
Enjoy our two open-air outdoor baths, with spectacular views over the valley. Imagine yourself sipping a glass of champagne while enjoying a bubble bath in the great outdoors. Robes and slippers provided to get you warmly to and from the baths.
If that doesn’t scream luxury country escape, we don’t know what will!
Outdoor Fire Pit + Entertaining
Cook up some Barossa supplies on the BBQ provided, then settle in around the fire-pit with a glass of wine and light up the giant gum tree as the sun sets.
Breakfast Provisions
You can make the most of this country escape without having to rush in the mornings, as we’ve got all your breakfast needs covered!
Enjoy locally sourced produce for your big breakfast cook up, including fresh baked bread, Barossa bacon, Barossa free range eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms. Or if you’re after something lighter, opt in for our range of cereals, muesli, fresh fruit, yoghurt, butter and spreads for toast, as well as milk, tea and of course the Nespresso coffee machine.
Picnic With A View
Just a short drive, e-bike ride or stroll up the hill is our picture-perfect picnic location. Enjoy stunning views of the valley from the opposite side of the hill to the B&Bs, at 300 metres above sea level. Take in views of the Brockenchack vineyards, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy everything this luxury B&B Retreat has to offer.
Add on a picnic hamper from our bookable extras, and throw in a bottle of wine from our mini bar to really make the most of this scenic picnic spot.

Infants + Children
Infants and children are welcome at our accommodation, however we are not set up to cater to children. Up to two infants may accompany you at no additional charge, but you will need to bring all your own equipment. Interstate travelers could try Adelaide Baby Hire.
For families with older children, our queen beds in bedrooms two and three cannot be split into singles, however children are welcome to share. Alternatively we have two fold out trundle beds available that can be set up for an additional $55 per child, per night.
