1 x On Point Pinot Grigio
A sell-out wine every release, our On Point gifts us with aromas dancing with blossoms and pears. Lime zest and soft, mouth-filling tropical flavours are chased by delicious apple, melon, and delicate spice. Complementary cleansing acidity ensures the most refreshing drinking pleasure possible. ($19)
1 x Mackenzie William 1896 Riesling
Our Eden Valley Riesling is delicately hand-picked from our longstanding vines planted in the 1960s, 1980s, and from our cherished, deep-rooted 1890s vines – believed to be the oldest in Australia. Each batch of fruit bestows its unique attributes, creating quintessential Eden Valley citrus and minerality characters which we are so well known for, and a complexity that ensures our dry style’s impressive length of finish. Our Riesling is alive with instant aromas of lemon, lime and blossoms. Gentle pressing of our Riesling fruit guarantees abounding citrus zest to enliven the palate, with fresh lemon and lime notes, followed by a squeeze of tangerine. Cool climate acidity brings this all cleanly together in an enviably long dry finish. This dry style Riesling, when cellared carefully, will mature gracefully for 10 to 12 years, if not longer.
1 x Tru-Su Rosé
This Shiraz Rosé seems to have just ‘kissed the skins’ to pick up its unique vivid coral peach skin pinks, but has had enough contact to catch a bagful of bright aroma flavour combinations. Live juiced raspberry-cherry aromatics spiral from the glass with rose petal lift, over a spicy toffee apple back note, then the Tru-Su Rosé flavours bounce onto your palate with a splosh of raspberry velvet, snowballing on through ripe red cherries, to a fresh apple acid full stop. ($25)
1 x Great Scott Sparkling Shiraz
Our Great Scott Eden Valley Sparkling Shiraz is a uniquely Australian wine style, created with today’s tastes and life’s celebrations in mind. This is one of the rarest wines produced from the Eden Valley region of South Australia. Pouring our elegant Great Scott into your favourite glass immediately delights, with its lively coral pink crown of fine bubbles. Aromas of fresh-picked plums and cherries lead into a generous rush of apple and raspberry, carried by the soft mousse into a silky second wave of blackberry with hints of white chocolate. Our Sparkling Shiraz carries these racy flavours all the way through the fresh long finish. Serve chilled, as you would any other sparkling wine. ($25)
1 x Zip Line Shiraz
Our Zip Line Shiraz shows off bright crimson hues that drift into deeper ruby tones. Our winemaking style captures the distinctive Eden Valley richness and finesse of our Shiraz in both aroma and flavour. Brimming with a bouquet of raspberry, cherry, blackberry and vanilla, with a measure of finest French oak settling superbly. On the palate, you’ll find it dripping with mouth-watering fresh-picked blackberry, mulberry and much anticipated black cherry. Classic Eden Valley white pepper spice invites textured, savoury tannins to continue effortlessly, offering an alluring grip and a very satisfying linear duration. Vibrant upon release, this wine will easily mature for 8 to 10 years to come. ($25)
1 x Hare Hunter Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir is pale crimson in colour with lifted violet and cherry aromas, hints of rose and sandalwood. Delicate red fruits entice the palate, bringing a slow dance of white pepper spice that all Pinot drinkers look for. Our Pinot Noir will continue to open up, developing in structure with time in the glass. Soft tannins, shying at first, come to life, giving that perfect finishing grip that world-class Pinot Noir must accomplish. ($40)
