5 days truly wasn’t long enough. The location is just serene. The winery itself was one of the best we have been to. The Brokenchack team were so welcoming and so helpful. This place is something special and the perfect place to stop, unwind and relax. Cannot recommend it enough.
We had an amazing couple of days at Brockenchack in mid July. Warm and cosy in the middle of winter and the views across the vinyards were breathtaking. The frost in the morning and the long shadows in the evening. The wines are now my favorite and Trevor could not have been a better host.
This place is fantastic. I would have no issues recommending Brockenchack to any of my friends and acquaintances. Amazing attention to details and everything has been thought of. My only concern was we only had 2 nights here and didn’t have a longer stay booked! We will definitely be back.

Our beautifully restored 1880s vineyard homestead offers self-contained luxury bed and breakfast accommodation at Brockenchack Vineyard, nestled in the Barossa’s picturesque Eden Valley.
Sleeping a maximum of four people, this house offers two mirror-image king size master suites, each with their own ensuite. The house also boasts a fully appointed kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities, additional powder room and two living areas with wood burning fireplaces. Outside you’ll enjoy wrap-around verandas giving you superb views of the vineyard in every direction, plus the private, covered outdoor spa for your exclusive use.
Our B&B guests are treated to a special cellar door tasting.

This property is set up ideally for two couples travelling together or for a family of four. This gives you full use of the complete homestead.

Rates
Stay before the end of May 2024 and we’ll spoil you rotten with an exclusive Wine Experience Package -valued at up to $506- completely FREE!
*Our Wine Experience package includes a complimentary bottle of wine, private wine tasting at our cellar door, and a guided winery tour!
We have a minimum two night stay all year round.
Two identical master suites (4 people): $835 per night
One master suite (2 people): $635 per night
Important Info
For families, please note that the king beds cannot be split into singles. We can offer one Japanese futon mattress which can be made up on the floor for a child at an additional $55 per night.
For two person occupancy, where just one master suite is booked, you will have private use of the whole house with access to the kitchen, dining, lounge room and spa. The second master suite and lounge room would remain locked off.
No deposit is required at the time of the booking. Full payment will be charged approximately one week prior to your check in date.

Two Master Suites
Everything has been considered here for your comfort. Our two master suites are an exact mirror image of each other. In both suites you will enjoy:
- A luxurious king size bed – everything about this bed has been upgraded to the best that you can get, including the mattress, pillows and linens
- A walk in robe in which to tuck your belongings away, containing fluffy bathrobes for use during your stay
- A private ensuite
Ensuite Bathrooms
Each of the two master suites has its own private ensuite bathroom, featuring:
- A toilet and hand basin
- A walk-in tiled shower with a rain shower head and a handheld shower head
- Under floor heating and heated towel rails for the cooler months
- Fluffy towels, luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion products for use during your stay
Gourmet Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen offers:
- Caesarstone counter tops
- Miele appliances including induction cook top and range, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Double door fridge with ice maker
- Temperature controlled wine fridge
- Nespresso pod coffee machine
- Crockery, cutlery, glassware, wine aerator, cooking and baking equipment – everything you could need
Breakfast Provisions
A generous range of breakfast provisions are supplied for you to prepare your own breakfast at your leisure. You’ll receive:
- An assortment of fresh fruit
- An assortment of cereals, muesli, porridge and yoghurt
- Fresh baked bread and an assortment of spreads
- Barossa bacon, free range eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes
- Fruit juice, tea and coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits
Outdoor Spa With A View
Indulge in your own private, heated, five person covered outdoor spa.
Grab your supplied fluffy bath robes and slippers on the cooler evenings and light the candles in the private spa house for some romantic bliss. Unwind with a wine in hand, overlooking the vines and feel the stresses of life melt away.
Infants And Children
Infants and children are welcome at our accommodation, however we are not set up to cater to children. An infant may accompany you at no additional charge but you would need to bring your own port-a-cot. We do not have cots, high chairs or any other baby equipment available. If travelling from interstate you could try Adelaide Baby Hire.
For families with older children, please know that our king beds cannot be split into singles, however two children could share the second bedroom. We also have a single Japanese futon mattress that we can make up on the floor of the main bedroom, suitable for one child, for an additional $55 per night.
