After years of planning, hard work and determination, our state-of-the-art onsite winery and bottling plant is the jewel in our family’s crown, ensuring we can retain control over the entire winemaking process, from growing to bottling, ourselves – which can only benefit our customers and our family for generations to come.

A trip to the Rhine Valley in Germany back in 2017 fuelled Trev’s dream to bring all winemaking and bottling operations on site. This move from utilising external facilities, helps us to ensure that our vintage timing is spot on and that the quality and consistency of our wines is fully controlled by our family, bringing the best of Eden Valley to our consumers across the globe.

This 1,300 square metre addition to our Estate includes a brand new winery, bottling plant, barrel room and storage facility. With views over the dam and vineyards, it creates quite a picture-perfect view to work from.

Building our own winery and bottling plant always felt like a pipe dream, but with Mack and Jack taking on larger roles within the family business, we know this is an investment that the future generations of Brockenchack will certainly reap the rewards of. Plus, with Trev’s past life in the construction industry, this build certainly was a passion project for him!
