2025 TRU-SU ROSÉ

$24.00

Our 2025 Tru-Su Shiraz Rosé is gracefully vivid in its bright blushing hue, greeting you with refined aromatic finesse and a bouquet of sunlit mandarin, soft florals, and the delicate charm of summer. It’s elegant, yet playful, with a quiet confidence in every swirl.

The palate is awash with hints of succulent stone fruits then fresh-picked berries, a lively medley of juicy nectarine, tangy mandarin, and subtle wild strawberries. A whisper of rose petal weaves through it all, softening each sip into a gently dry, silken finish.

Light on its feet, long in its beauty, this Rosé that glows with true Eden Valley spirit.

Enjoy with seared scallops wrapped in prosciutto, grilled seafood, charcuterie, or a toasted cheese sandwich, honey and pepperoni pizza…. perhaps a Waldorf Salad. Or just enjoy it on its own, on a mid-week night, on the couch in front of the Chase!

Our single vineyard Rosé is named after Trevor and Marilyn’s two daughters Trudi and Susan, who love this style of wine.

2016 – 90 Points | Mike Bennie, Wine Business Magazine: Crowd-pleasing kind of wine here, and it’s set around a sweet-fruit strawberries-and-cream feel. The perfume shows exactly that, while the palate is strawberry kissed but perks up with a zingy finish. Worth a visit.

Overcoming challenges posed by a delayed harvest in the cool, wet summer, our team meticulously crafted outstanding whites, including Pinot Gris and the revered 1896 Mackenzie William Riesling. Subsequently, meticulously picked reds followed suit, capturing the essence of ripe, high-quality fruit.

A historic milestone was reached with the inaugural crush in our state-of-the-art winery and our first bottling in our brand-new bottling plant.

Savour the culmination of a remarkable year with each sip of our 2023 vintage – a testament to perseverance and refined winemaking.
