2015 | Our 2015 Zip Line Shiraz is deep ruby in colour with a bright crimson hue. Early rains in January set up our vines for a great ripening season, with attractive pink staining in glass, giving evidence of an abundance of berry colour.
Elegantly ripe red summer berries and fine white chocolate aromas are met with delicate vanilla oak. A generous display of mouth filling plums, blackberries and raspberry flavours lead to subtle white pepper in true Eden Valley expression,
giving way to ripe fine tannins on the shapely lasting finish.

2016 | Our 2016 Zip Line Shiraz is brilliant ruby in colour with lovely long legs. Although fresh ripe red fruit aromas appear first, there is a gentle floral essence of violets playing a cameo role. Teeming with juiciness, one after the other, raspberry, cherry, blackberry then vanilla come dancing across the palate. Soft pressing of our Eden Valley fruit has given us richness, yet elegance delivered as ever. French oak is found whispering support to this tune, with uplifting acidity and finely polished tannins providing a sensational finish.

2017 | Our 2017 Zip Line Shiraz shows off bright crimson hues that drift into deeper ruby tones. Our wine making style captures the distinctive Eden Valley richness and finesse of our Shiraz in both aroma and flavour. Brimming with a bouquet of raspberry, cherry, blackberry and vanilla, with a measure of finest French oak settling superbly. On the palate you’ll find it dripping with mouth-watering fresh picked blackberry, mulberry and much anticipated black cherry. Classic Eden Valley white pepper spice invites textured, savoury tannins to continue effortlessly, offering an alluring grip and a very satisfying linear duration. Vibrant upon release, this wine will easily mature for 8 to 10 years to come.

2018 | Rosewood red purple in colour, this middle-weight Eden Valley Shiraz impresses from the get-go with a dense rose petal perfume, plum quince fruits and a hint of vanilla on the nose. A chewy mouthful of warm lush purple fruits
follows, all held together with well balanced tannin and acid.

2020 | Our 2020 Zip Line Shiraz continues to deliver on Eden Valley’s fruit purity. With its deep ruby colour and the brightest crimson hue. Generous fragrant aromatics of dark berries ascend from the glass on a podium of fine French oak. Natural expressions from our vineyard gather around in an array of luscious black cherries, ripe blackberries and a dash of raspberry ripple. Mouth-watering ripe tannins pick up a trace of cocoa, adding good grip and delicate spice, effortlessly gliding along the lengthy waves of rich soft fruit flavours.

2021 | Our 2021 Zip Line Shiraz is created to be enjoyable upon release and this year is no exception. The seasonal conditions were favourable for Eden Valley Shiraz, creating a bright ruby-coloured wine showing ripe fruit and subtle floral aromatics. Restrained use of oak allows the fruit to lead the way, with ripe red and black fruits happily filling the palate in an effortlessly luscious style. The pure ripe plum and black fruits are instantly mouth-filling, with soft chocolate and vanilla notes all wrapped up in excellent tannin grip – and length for miles.
